When you first get there, you have to go into their club house to get your key. The line was crazy and disorganized with poor directions on where to find our property. They try to pressure you into buying a time share. They take a 50.00 deposit for damages. It has almost been 2 weeks, and we still haven't gotten it back (They said it can take up to 14 business days...). The "lake view" is a pond. The waterpark on site is extra money. We were told we can get a pack n play from the office. The office submitted a work order for them to drop one off. Pack n play never showed up. We called numerous of times, and they kept saying "well you didn't book directly through us so have to wait as long as it takes. We made a service order". The entire trip, it never came and had to sleep with our very cranky two-year-old in bed. We got no sleep. It didn't feel like we were taken care of nor did anyone seem to care. The property was clean, it'll give them that. The shower is nice and big. Other than that, it was a total disappointment, and I wish we just rented from someone with a house than this. The staff was not nice, and it felt like a very stressful stay. If you speak some Spanish, you might get more clear directions on where your building is. It felt like we were taken advantage of and mislead.

The location was very close to alot of stores and restaurants. Walmart was across the street which was very convenient. The water park was amazing with a lazy river and restaurants. I will definitely stay again
