This hotel is an embarrassment to the Holiday Inn name. All the common areas were dirty and without air conditioning. Outside there was accumulated trash including beer cans and food refuse. We weren’t told at check in about the a/c problems so when we came down for breakfast we could either eat in the heat with a small fan blowing or we could leave. We chose to leave. We were told that we would be charged a $25 fee up front for “incidentals” which would be refunded after we left. I’m still waiting for my money

Breafast was limited and bland, alot of the normal items available at other Holiday Inn Expresses was not available here. The bed looked as if somebody had just gotten out of it as the sheets were wrinkled. The facility is dated in need of proper maintenance and repair, the elevator is going to get someone hurt, this thing is in desperate need of inspection and repair before a lawsuit happens. The landscape is horrid and the lightpole that was knocked down from last year is still laying in the field.

Both slidin doors doors to the front entrance were broken and remained open. It did not feel very safe being that hotel sits on 35. Loose tile in bathroom and elevator. Fire alarm went for 20 minutes straight starting at 5:30 am
