This is a great place to stay if you just want a basic place to stay. I stayed here for a week after a surgery and it was a nice budget calm place to stay. There was a grocery store right across the street for anything i needed. There isn't a pool or rooftop lounge or restaurant or any of those extra features. What it does have is nice rooms and friendly staff.

A great affordable option for those looking to be central. Though the building doesn’t look like much from outside, i was throughly impressed with the loft style room. Incredibly spacious room with 2 tvs and great natural light. There were some minor dust and dirt here and there. The couches were a bit stained and a chandelier bulb was flickering, but housekeeping had the room cleaned and the bulb didn’t bother me after the first day. Both housekeeping staff and Raina at the front desk were a great help during my whole stay and very accommodating. There was always someone at the desk and in the parking garage so it felt safe. Was also nice to be across the street from ralph’s and less than a 15 min walk from the westfield mall for dining and shopping.

I have to mention the FANTASTIC staff, especially Raina. I have stayed at the hotel twice for surgery. I don’t think anywhere else would have been so wonderful, helpful, and kind. I truly and honestly believe that. I actually gave 3 stars in the various categories, not because I thought it was a 3 star area; but because I wanted to show how wonderful the employees were. All of the employees, especially Raina are an asset to this hotel and company. I, personally, would write a letter of recommendation to any future employer in a heart beat.
