The lady on Reception was extremely pleasant and very helpful. The room was a decent size and the location was pretty good too.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating and the hotel was nicely presented if not a little outdated but that didn't impact the stay. Situated in a good location not far from Euston train station and close to the underground. Only fault was we were put in a room facing the road outside and the windows weren't sufficient to stop the noise of traffic which did disrupt our sleep.
