After checking in, we were shocked by the bad smell of toilet in the room. The whole room smelled like washroom; it was unbearable to stay. The room looked very old including the carpet in front of the toilet and shower. The room did not have a balcony either. We knew we could not stay there and checked out immediately due to the intense smell. We had to call the manager and explained the situation and were told that we needed to contact Expedia for the refund. The manager claimed he never heard from Expedia and Expedia said the manager never responded, this went on for weeks. So never got the refund. Terrible experience.

The breakfast is great, especially with the buffet on the weekends. Staff is friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the rooms are outdated and would need some urgent renovations and updating.
