The check in experience was excellent. Who helped me at the front desk was My, he was lovely and very informative! The restaurant and bar had fantastic food options with a great staff as well!

It appears that this property is struggling with very visible challenges - primarily in both services and personnel. Our stay was a single overnight, midweek, and we had pre-paid for a king room. When we arrived, we (and about 4 other guests parties) found that not only was there no one at the front desk to check us in, but also no one on the first floor - at all - to help us. It became so absurd that I picked up the phone behind the front desk, and when I reached a hotel operator and told her that we were all awaiting check-in and no one was there, she hung up. Once checked in, we went to our room and found it was a double queen room. I went back to the front desk, and now waited in line again, and reported that we had erroneously been given a double queen. Their response? I'm sorry but the hotel is sold out! I brought to their attention that I had in fact PREPAID for a king room and it was in fact our Anniversary Weekend. The fun was just beginning... They found us an "accessible" king room (which was fine, but hopefully the "fully booked" hotel didn't have guests with disabilities who truly needed the ammenities), but could find anyone to help us with our bags. So, we found an unattended cart in the carport and schlepped our bags ourselves. The same treatment the next day: no one answered our call for bell service -- or a call for the valet overnight parking. And single-ply TP in the bathroom? Don't get me started. Overall, a very unsatisfactory experience.
