They have bed bugs. I was looking at price watch all day, only 2 rooms left. The first room had bed bugs everywhere then they put me in the last room available, same thing. Now I know why no one took those rooms

I’m confused at the high rating this hotel received on Hotels.com. I usually don’t leave reviews but this was pretty bad. A terrible smell in the hallway, smoking even though it was smoke free (maybe someone was smoking outside our window?), the person at the front desk barely acknowledged us, the sheets were stained, basically we got what we paid for. The worst part was that something felt way off. I couldn’t wait to get out of there and shake off that feeling. Sounds strange, I know but I don’t know how else to put it.

The room wasn’t clean. I asked to switch rooms, they were fully booked. Instead of a refund I’m being offered 50% of next stay. I did take pictures of everything
