Easy walk to the parks.. they upgraded our room for whatever reason I don’t know but it made a more pleasant stay!

We chose this hotel because it was reasonably priced and close to Disneyland. I was not expecting luxury, but I did expect basic courtesy, privacy, and competent service. First, they assigned us a room that was already occupied. We opened the door and found another family inside, including a naked 3-year-old. It was horribly embarrassing and a serious breach of privacy. We went back to the front desk, and they moved us to a different room. I will say the restaurant and food were great. That was the best part of the stay. There was a lot of variety, it was very convenient, and breakfast was exactly what you would expect with no issues. The second major problem happened while we were at the park. On our second day, I got a call saying we were supposed to have checked out and that our belongings were still in the room, even though I had booked the hotel for four nights. I explained that I had a reservation, but the response was basically that they did not care, they had no other rooms available, and I needed to leave. There was no customer service, no effort to hear me out, and no attempt to calmly look into the issue. When I called back with my receipt, they blamed it on a third-party booking error. However, after they had already placed us in an occupied room and then moved us, that explanation did not seem believable. I did not expect perfection, but I did expect common courtesy and professionalism. Unfortunately, this stay was stressful, humiliating, and poorly hand
