The breakfast was not free, it was £11 each and they had a good variety

AC didn’t work properly. I asked front desk to fix it. They said they turned the fan to full but that’s all they could do (didn’t make a difference). Offered me a desk fan as well. It was cold outside and sweltering in our room. Did I mention the windows don’t open?
