.I genuinely struggle to understand how this hotel has managed to achieve a guest rating as high as 9.4, because my experience was completely at odds with that impression. From the moment I arrived, the issues were immediately apparent. The reception area was in a shocking state—there was a strong, unpleasant smell of lingering food, which made the first impression particularly off-putting. The entrance itself looked neglected, with exposed bare metal and paint that appeared not to have been refreshed in years. Rather than welcoming, it felt run-down and poorly maintained. Unfortunately, this sense of neglect continued throughout the property. What seemed like attempts at refurbishment came across as amateur and incomplete, doing little to improve the overall condition. The interiors felt tired, old, and shabby, lacking the level of care and upkeep you would reasonably expect. Overall, the condition of the hotel fell far below expectations, and certainly does not align with the high rating it currently holds. Based on my stay, I would not recommend it.
