Very clean w full kitchen. Close to downtown w local restaurants in walking distance. Suggest bringing your own groceries.

Great location, well equipped, small room. Great for one person. No parking, fantastic spot if you want restaurants, bars and access to downtown Denver without having to stay downtown. Biggest downside was taht I could hear every footstep, door, and movement of the room above me. Literally sounded like there was no soundproofing or insulation. Rooms have tile floors and all hard surfaces so sound really carries. They have ear plugs and a noise machine on the bedside table, so I’m obviously not the first to experience this. Feels like they went cheap on the construction between floors and you can hear it. Was acceptable for the price, but wouldn’t stay there again personally. If you are partying with friends, it would be awesome. But for a trip where I needed to sleep and work during the day, it wasn’t ideal.
