The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. While the majority of our apartments are located above the ground floor, we would like to bring to your attention that a few are located on the lower-ground floor. Please be aware that despite the variance in location, all apartments uphold the same high standards. Unfortunately, we are unable to fully guarantee the location of your apartment beforehand.
