If you get a remodeled room it's pretty nice. Property not maintained and a lot of shady people wandering around.

Everything was great until check out. I did ask if I could have an extra 30 minutes which they said yes but then, unfortunately, the elevators were not working and we were on the second floor. We had a bunch of stuff that would’ve taken all of it on one cart, but we had to make multiple trips down the stairs, and it took about an extra hour although we did not get charged because they already checked us out I was hoping for some kind of compensation or credit because of the inconvenience of having to take all of our stuff downstairs multiple times to the car

Virtual assistant was absuive putting himself on mute and abusing me on the screen. I was able to easily read his lips as to what he was saying(He was using his native tongue and I know the language as well) and he did it multiple times for no reason.Very bad experience and I have used this property multiple times
