Excellent location, great balcony view of the street below. No elevators so you have to walk double flighted stairs. Do not stay if you can go double flighted stairs. I’m fine will my luggage’s but it is a work out.

This was the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. I was told at the last minute that the check-in method was online, so it took a long time. The bathroom was clogged and there was no hot water in the shower. I requested an improvement, but they didn't do anything. I really want a refund, and I want the hotel to downgrade.
