The access door near my room was unusable, the clerk gave me wrong directions to my room, and the “breakfast” was a JOKE! Your choice of instant oatmeal (no milk) or a puny cinnamon roll.

The room in need of serious repair and upgrades. The A/C contols have no paint left on the control panel, so heating is like shooting in the dark. We finally got it close around midnight. The side entrance was supposed to be a secured door needing a key to enter. It was either turned off or broken allowing anyone to enter the property. The vinyl flooring had been damaged and not repaired leading to the potential of someone tripping and getting seriously hurt. It had the smallest and cheapest tv I have ever seen in a room. I would guess it was about a 22" with sound coming from a cracker box. Small nit pick. No coffee in the room was a real bummer. The room was clean, quiet and the staff was very nice. Just need to seriously invest into a higher standaerd and a good maintenance program.
