I had an extremely disappointing experience at this hotel. From the moment we checked in, there was a strong, unpleasant smell throughout the entire building that resembled stale cigarette smoke. When we got to our room, things only got worse. The sheets had multiple visible stains, including a large one that appeared to be hidden under two layers of fitted sheets, which was especially concerning. There was also a white substance dripping down the nightstand, a broken closet shelf left on the floor, and even a hole in the wall. It was clear the room had not been properly cleaned or maintained. We brought this to the staff’s attention and were shown two additional rooms, but unfortunately, neither was acceptable. One of the alternative rooms had a strong odor resembling dog waste, which staff acknowledged may have been due to a previous guest with a dog. The third room was also in poor condition. The hallways were dirty as well, with visible dried stains that looked like spilled drinks left sitting for a long time, and the floors throughout the property didn’t appear to have been vacuumed in weeks. There was even an air freshener hanging from the AC unit in our room, which felt like an attempt to mask the odor rather than address the underlying cleanliness issues. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. I would not recommend staying here.

We just needed a room for the night while on a road trip. Easy on/off I70. They appear to be renovating. It was a nice hotel, clean and the staff was very friendly. The room and bathroom were clean and renovated. They had a broken sliding door in the lobby, repair man coming the next day but the lobby was very cold and that was where breakfast was. The breakfast was lacking. Waffles, prepackaged muffins, yogurt, hard boiled eggs and dry cereal. Oatmeal packets with hot water would have added some. Great for a quick overnight.
