Only negative comment was the coffee maker in the room did not work and only tea & decaf coffee pods were provided, no real coffee pods. Otherwise, we were quite pleased with the Hotel, the bar/food and the shuttle service to the Port.

Excellent! Great location at entrance of Key Biscayne. Very clean. Decent breakfast. Staff friendly and helpful. Very comfortable and safe. Will stay there in the future

We stayed overnight on 2/22/26-2/23/26 in order to get to the Miami cruise port in time flying in from ATL. When we got to the hotel the system was down and we couldn't check in. That was a 3 hour wait in the lobby before we could check in. Everything as far as names, credit card info etc. was being hand-written, which is dangerous because that's our credit info out there with no encryption or anything. No update from IT on the length of time it was going to take before system was up again. The IT department dropped the ball by making customers and hotel staff wait with the lame excuse that "we'll let you know when everything is back up". We won't stay here any more. We were highly inconvenienced. However the reception staff did the best they could .
