Food was excellent farm to table. The walls are paper thin and we heard everything next door. The owner was absolutely superb. We could not ask for a nicer host. Our dog got anxious and chewed one of their pillows. They charged us minimal for it.

We've stayed in several rooms here and always enjoy our time at Grandview. This room was very cold and very dark. The window was slightly open when we arrived and by the time we settled in for the evening, we couldn't quite figure out the gas fireplace and decided it was too late to bother anyone about it. So we cuddled up and braved the chill. I doubt we'll stay in the Thomas Wolfe room again, but would stay in any other room again. If you're staying in this room, be sure and figure out the fireplace while you can! The breakfast was fantastic as always and we'll happily be back at Grandview soon!

Staff was wonderful, location is not a great area. The view is of local homes in need of repair. Room was not as clean as I would expect for the price and being a B&B.. Dust and crud caked in some areas of the bathroom.. Staff was great, but would not stay here again.
