Very clean hotel and staff were really nice but here are the bad things that I feel people should know don’t get me wrong this is my opinion and we all are all different. The hotel rooms need an upgrade as very dated and old inside and the beds are quite springy. The food I personally felt could have been hotter as with a buffet you don’t know how long things are sitting out and then just getting warm and then it can become quite rubbery when eating certain things. With the drinks it is okay but again should be more clearer to what actually is included and what’s exempt. But as I said this is just my opinion and you can’t get everything right.

The hotel is clean and walking distance to nice bars and restaurants. Staff were also friendly and accommodating, although reception service could be pretty slow at times. For us, the food was dreadful - we went for dinner on our first night and left without eating the meal. We didn’t eat in the hotel at all for the remainder of our holiday. There was no water in the room and when I asked for a bottle of water I was advised it wasn’t part of the AI package but I could have a small paper cup of water. The hotel is also really in need of refurbishment - there is plaster hanging off walls, the fire alarm was held in a bracket as it had fallen off and the wire was exposed. For what we paid, I would have expected much more. I wouldn’t return to this hotel.
