It was a nice place. The room was clean and adequate. The breakfast was sparse. Parking was easy.

The only issue I had was that I needed a receipt for my stay (to submit for work expenses) and they said they couldn’t give me one because I booked through a 3rd party (Hotels.com). I later found out that when booking through Hotels.com, if you choose the option “pay at property,” the hotel is suppose to give you a receipt when you check out. I finally reached the front desk later that day and they did email me a receipt. They apologized and made it right. It was just a long process to reach a live person at the actual property because all of the customer service phone numbers are AI. Other than that, the hotel is very comfortable and clean and is a perfect spot to stay when passing through Holbrook, AZ.
