Front desk Clerk was very rude. Got mad at me for requesting for a Paper receipt. Threatened to kick me for asking for one. After the argument over me requesting for paper receipt.i realized I left my room key locked in my room. When I request a key card to get in to remove my stuff and leave he told me no. That me isn't his problem after the rude treatment I went outside a called the police to get help with getting a key. He told the police that I yelled at him that why he didn't help me. All I wanted was a paper receipt there was no reason for the way I was treated. I made a mistake a left a key in my room getting told to leave for asking a simple request then not being allowed in my room with having the police help me get a key is very unprofessional. I will never stay there again. I have filed a report with super 8 corporate office.

Room was not too bad, what you could expect for the price. I did not however expect the additional charge of $150 for breakages. I also booked the room with breakfast included, but that is NOT INCLUDED, or even offered at the property. The staff is extremely rude and unhelpful. She offered me $10 to go buy breakfast at another hotel. Check out was a nightmare, waited 30 minutes and had to ring the bell 200 times. After having a argument with the indian lady, she refused to check me out. Eventually had to leave the property without checking out. AvOID THIS PROPERTY AT ALL COST!!!
