The first room had such a strong mildew smell it set off my allergies. When I mentioned it to the front desk they moved us into another room that smelt fine until we turned on the air conditioner at which point the same odor as the previous room was there. By the time I canceled my reservation (30mins) I was so congested I couldn't breath through my nose. We still had to pay the the night even tho we left within 45min of our check-in. We booked another hotel last minute as we didn't have any other options. On a side note, the booking name and the hotel name are different and it looks to be in disrepair or changing brands of hotel. Unless your in a very tight budget I would recommend a hotel in Conroe center or magnolia instead

We arrived to a building that looked to be full and falling apart. It was listed as a quality inn but you can tell it was an old super 8 which the branding was still there just cheaply covered up. Duct tape over any old logo even in the rooms. Check in was simple and fast. Our first room upon arrival had some little friends on the beds crawling around so we quickly snap a photo and exit the room and went to front desk to alert them. That was bottom level 105. We were re booked upstairs in 205 and upon inspecting that room was taking care of a lot better and seemed to be more updated as well. It was definitely a rough night and stay bc most of the area was sold out due to many big events in the area even the one we were attending. But unfortunately will not be staying here again.
