Location is good, but there's no reception and it's not that easy to get a hold of anyone. Also there's no elevator, I had to carry up and down our heavy suitcase myself.

Room number and pass key we’re not send to my mail. So I have to tell and ask it… It was very stressful for me.

"Kontaktloses" Hotel = no front desk, no-one around. Need a code to get in -- but I never received it. A number to call -- if you can get through (which I couldn't). When I complained, I was told that they would have offered me a free breakfast (!), but wouldn't, 'cause I'd complained. Early check-out (10 AM), but nowhere to leave luggage. No proper curtains, just flimsy sheers. No ventilation, so lots of noise from street. An expensive youth hostel without some of the amenities. No way it's 3 stars! What's not to like? Avoid if at all possible.
