I’ve been a repeat customer since this property was a Holiday Inn (30+ years) but I’m a bit disappointed. This property is tired & worn. I love the Aviation theme in the lobby but the rooms are dated. However, most importantly, the beds were super comfortable & the room was clean. As for Housekeeping, they did not clean the halls & public areas, which had noticeable litter for several days. (Eventually, I picked up the trash, which had been sitting there for two days.) I think this property needs some “love & care.”

Good facility out of the heart of the city. Parking lot entrance has a large wash out running across it so get ready for a bumpy entry. Have been booking this hotel for over 5 years now because it has a Hot Tub, however the Hot Tub has NEVER been IN SERVICE on any visit. Hotels.com needs to remove the Hot Tub from advertisements or make the hotel repair it. Will look elsewhere next time due to the hotels unwillingness to repair this amnetity.

It was a good experience staying at Aviator. They asked for a $50 hold on my card. I am an international traveller and my card was not supporting the hold. Fortunately, I had my friend coming in and they made a hold on his card. Without the hold they wont let you check in, which is not fair at all.
