The staff was very helpful he stayed on the phone with us until we got to the hotel very nice much appreciated thank you so much. The room was very clean so nice we will definitely be back to the hotel highly recommend

Hello, I wanted to bring to your attention an issue we experienced during our stay last night. Unfortunately, there was a cockroach found inside the room, which made the stay very uncomfortable and disappointing.  I was not happy with the situation, especially considering we expected the room to be clean and properly maintained. I understand that issues can happen, but I felt it was important to notify management so the matter can be addressed appropriately.
