VERY DIRTY upon check in Human hairs on head & foot of bed sheets Human hair on curtain Many pet hairs in fridge & freezer Filthy Microwave w/ 3” of dried cheese hanging from its ceiling Mitch requests call/text so issues are not recorded w/Expedia He did promptly reply and sent out a cleaning crew, but I wasted an hour of my very short one night stay dealing with the problem. I would have found other lodging if the local area hadn’t been booked and/or overpriced. Mitch apologized. However, he did not offer any type of compensation for the inconvenience, which is an industry standard. It seems corners are cut to save on cleaning costs knowing there aren’t many options in the area, leaving customers to deal with the issues. Side windows face other units, and front window faces your parked vehicle so although the area is beautiful, there is no type of view from the room. I messaged almost a week prior of arrival for the fridge size and never received that info. The fridge was extremely small and had minimal space. The cabin next to us said their key fobs did not go to their cabin, that their fobs opened the neighboring unit.

The cabin was clean and very comfortable. Good lighting, good heating. Nice bathroom. Although we did not use them, we liked that we had access to gas grills.

Great place to stay. A log cabin feel with the mountains right out the door! Very clean and comfortable!
