Good location for Foxborough/Mansfield and the rooms themselves were generally clean, but definitely not worth the price for how many times I had to be moved due to maintenance issues. Every room seemed to have something wrong with it — broken microwave, AC/heater issues, etc. I understand hotels adding higher incidental holds because people damage rooms, but bringing up a new $200 incidental policy after repeatedly moving a guest because of broken items felt poorly handled. Especially when most comparable hotels are nowhere near that amount. Breakfast was very basic and nothing special. Overall, decent location, but management communication and upkeep need work for the rates being charged.

This is not a mainstay suites. It was a comfort inn. It literally had a comfort inn sign and a mainstay suites banner on the front. The rooms were not cleaned well and in terrible condition the wallpaper was peeling off the walls. There was mold in the bathroom. The ceiling tiles were stained and gross. The bathmat in the bathroom had what appeared to be blood on it. I could go on and on. The room reeks like smoke, and the smoke detector was yellow from smoke and dirt. It was really gross and overpriced for what it is. I would never come back here.
