I've always enjoyed staying at Home 2, but this time I had two problems. When I arrived, my room, which I had requested when I made the booking, wasn't available. It was an accessible room because my mother is 82 years old and needs accessibility. The person who checked me in couldn't say why they couldn't give me that room and put me in another one that wasn't accessible. Another problem was that someone had a large dog that barked all night on the second floor, keeping us awake almost all night. Breakfast was fine.

Lots of upgraded amenities. The room was clean, bed is comfortable and plush, linens are soft and plush, electric blinds, toilet paper was soft
