The hotel was really nice. The building's structure made it stand out from other hotels I've been to. I liked the little hangout spot they had in front of each door. The only issue I had was with the window in my room – it wasn't secure. I tried to shut and lock it, but the latch didn't work; I could still open and close it even after locking. I also wish the ice machine gave out more ice; it was one of those small portable ones that only dispenses a limited amount. Other than that, my stay was five stars.

Was off the courtyard and we could hear everyone in the courtyard whenever they were out there. Thought they could probably hear us too😬

4 PM check in is too late. 2:00 PM early check in is not early enough. $30 charge to check in at 2:00 PM is ridiculous, it should be part of hotel service and hospitality.
