Arrived to check in & was informed because we were staying for over 6 days, we had to pay for bed linen & towels 57 euros with no mid week change. The hotel were non negotiable said I should have been aware of this. If we had stayed for 6 days the bed linen, towels would have been FOC and changed once during the week. This cost was not highlighted on our booking with yourselves. Due to us being the only English people in the accommodation we did feel that staff were not very helpful. Would return to Perpignan but in different accommodation.
