The check in app didn’t work. Their on premise check in app didn’t work. I had to call multiple times just to get someone to come to the front desk. Lamps were missing light bulbs. No TV remote. It’s a dirty hotel

We reserved douple room with air-condition (was +35), got a room but It was changed and they told that they dont have douple rooms with A/C???? Ay The ensi we got 2 single rooms with A/C. Was a bit strange?

Overall a good place to stay for a few days. The check-in was a pain as the desk is not managed. I had to down load an app to check-in and also had to provide a large security deposit to check-in and receive my electronic key. Once this was complete an electronic key is issued through the app. However, the key did not work. I was lucky to see the cleaning lady who granted me access. She had to call the management to get me access to my room. There is also an electronic key dispenser in the main stairway that can provide a credit card style key that I ended up using for my stay. This made it easier to come and go because i don't have an internal cell plan and had to rely on wifi zones.
