I arrived at this so called hotel to find it closed and all doors locked... My partner booked it earlier on that day and took full payment....How can this be allowed to happen HOTELS . COM....SHOCKING...I await your actions!!!!

the hotel is well situated to catch the ferry and is quiet. the lack of private parking is a concern : you can park in a public area just accross the road .Prices are good.the rooms are comfortable and spacious.the stall is friendly. the restaurant attached to the hotel serves reasonably priced good meals.
