Our family of 6 had a great stay. Front desk and breakfast staff were very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the hotel ran out of pillows so we had to put pillowcases on the couch pillows to use for two of us. Also, the room only had four towels for the six of us. However, we were able to get some additional towels by the time we needed them the next morning.

Honest and true review. The continental breakfast was great. The staff very friendly, corteous and professional. I accidentally forgot my sweater as I hauled my family out the door and when I called them an hour later, one of the managers had it safely secured and nothing was missing. When I picked it up, it was bagged up and ready at the front counter. Room was spacious. The pool is not heated, which could be a pro or a con, depending on your preferences. After the 1st night I couldn't trust the cleanliness of the rooms and the following is true to our stay with my kiddos. Found a receipt from a previous guest in one of the drawers, which I understand is not that big of a deal. I then found a toenail in the bathtub right before I showered. There was "unidentifiable" goop on the shower curtain and hair. When I tried to grab a towel from a cubby in the bathroom, there were used tissues next to them. Found an ant on a pillow as I was putting my 1 year old son down for a nap. Next to the bed closest to the window was a case for a smart watch, which indicated to me that it was an area that wasn't cleaned. I don't have any plans on booking a stay here again.
