I have to say that service is very good but it needs a goooood upgrade everything is very old and broken had to go down a long way just to report the main door 5 times at the end maintenance man had to come every helpful and polite i have to say. Food excellent at the buffet. The night activities poor practically all done by the staff did not like it needs good intertainment had to go to the room early not good. Tha magical show very good and the live music also good. We had enough of the staff entertainment throught out the day wasnt necessary also the night. Will never go back years ago i went and it was brilliant gone down a lot.

We stayed here for 2 nights at the beginning of October 2018. The hotel was still very busy and the weather was still hot. I wouldn’t consider the hotel a 4* star, more like a 3*, but we enjoyed it. The room was a good size for the 3 of us and had 2 double beds which was good. The bath tub was very big and the balcony is a nice extra. The location can not be faulted; if you walk out the back door you are straight on the beach. The pool area was very big and was quite busy with entertainment but it was all in Spanish so we could not participate. The food was average; typical of a Spanish resort. Only downside was the restaurant was very busy. Overall we enjoyed our stay, but would not like to stay for longer than 2 days.
