The young man at the front desk was so friendly and helpful! The hotel and the rooms are clean laid out really nice! I travel a lot for work and I found that the Hampton was at the top of my list to stay!

We were in an accessible room which wasn't. The bed was too high and the toilet was too low. Otherwise, it was a good experience.

This hotel is terrible. The outside is in the worst location I've stayed at - the hotel sits across from a small airport which is no big deal except for the seeming endless barbed-wire fence that surround the airport which make the hotel feel like it is in a prison. The room was refreshed, however the workmanship was awful. The worst part was the room was not clean. Surface clean perhaps but their was a lingering smell that would not leave. I expected more from the Hampton Inn. Due to an event in town the rates were doubled and this made the quality of the room not in line with the price charged on that day. I actually checked out and requested a refund due to the lack of cleanliness in the room. Very unfortunate indeed. The quality of hotels in American has fallen dramatically.
