The room was absolutely emplorable. It stunk horribly like smoke and the room was dirty

We arrived at the hotel at 3:00pm only to find it on fire. We had to find another hotel and wasn't given any help in finding one or information on getting our money back from our reservation.My reservation for Days Inn was $64.15 and we ended up at Hampton and paying $143.23.
