The first room we got the TV didn't work so the attendant changed us to a different room. After we got set in the second room we later found that we had no hot water. we were ready for bed so we didn't say anything. As we went to turn on the lamp by the bed we found out that someone had taken the bulb out. I would never stay there again.

Room does NOT look the pictures. There’s was doors that looked kicked in. There was bedbug powder in the chair. Took an hour to get into a room. 3 room switches and two employees attempting to secure a room

The pictures of the hotel room do not match the hotel. I walked into. Immediately asked for a refund after going back to the front office. They couldn’t give me a refund. Contacted Expedia and they were of no help.
