Other tenants were smoking marijuana outside our door and filtered into our room. Toilets didn’t flush. Overall, just a filthy place to stay.

I got bed bugs bites. Never had them in my life. Very creepy. Room was clean. Pool and hot tub wasn't working. Microwave was dirty.

Rooms have bedbugs. Pool and Hot have been out of order for months. We left after 4 hours in our room. They refused a refund for a 2 day stay after showing them the bedbugs to which the front desk lady killed with a napkin like it is a everyday thing. Worst hotel. Staff are rude, rooms are dirty. Shower is either scolding hot or ice cold. Would not recommend. Will be contacting Concordia health department right away Monday morning.
