I was given a room that had people occupying it. Then I want to use the bathroom and there was no toilet paper in the unit. I tried to call down to the front desk and the phone was consistently busy I believe it was after hours. And I could not get the internet access. The next morning I want to take a shower turned on the bathtub pulled the plunger to activate the shower and the plunger came out of the faucet. I was not able to take a shower... It would be the lowest ranking I can give you is one star.... I traveled the United States as an insurance adjuster and this by far was the worst day I have ever had!

This was the worst experience I've ever had at a hotel. We arrived at 4:30 waited in the lobby for 30 minutes before the cleaning lady went and got someone to work the front desk. Upon "trying" to check in, we were told they didn't have our reservation. Once it was found, they tried to charge me again for the room that was already paid in advance and we were told that our room wasn't ready and still needed to be cleaned, check in started at 3. At 5:40 we were finally given a room, which was suppose to be a suite. What we found was an emptied out room that had a bed, broken down couch, a small table and chair, a tv, that didn't work, two lamps a frig, and absolutely nothing else. Upon walking into the bathroom, we were greeted by the most disgusting tub that we have ever seen. Black stuff everywhere. We paid over $400 for this room to attend a concert, which started at 5:20 and we didn't get there until 6:30. DO NOT BOOK at this place. I am extremely disappointed that Hotels.com had this listed as an option for a quality hotel.
