Great hotel for the price . Perfect for a ski trip when you’re hardly in your room except the sleep . Just a few minutes away from the casinos and heavenly ski resort

We checked in at 11. Everything was perfect checking in. As we walked in the room everything was really old/damaged. Not a big deal. As we looked closer we could see many things that didnt get cleaned.Mirrors counters,microwave,phone. By far the worst was the tub. It had a water stain,which is no big deal. It was dirt,as if someone showered and water took time to drain. I blamed it on the water leak. My wife grabed a rag and soap and cleaned some right off. I walk down to the desk and let the guy know. He said he would send someone immediately. Over an hour and nothing. I tell him again,that we're going out and if they can be up there to clean it. He said someone will be up there. Came back 3 hours later. The same. At this point there is another guy atvthe counter and I explained the situation. He was nice. He apologized gave us another room and a 45 dollar refund. Second room was a little better.

My stay at Motel 6 was disappointing. The restroom walls and door had traces of pee, there were insufficient towels, and the sink appeared dirty. The wifi service was subpar, adding to the overall dissatisfaction. Cleanliness and amenities fell short of expectations, impacting the quality of my stay.I have photos of the poor conditions but the app won't let me upload
