The indoor pool was closed for maintenance but the website didn't mention it. We didn't get maid service the next day. We went to the office to get bath towels and was told they didn't have many available. We were only given 2 towels for 4 people and 3 wash cloths. The rooms floor was dirty upon walking in. Giving 2 room keys only 1 worked. Took it back and that key didn't work either. The hallway and elevator were nasty.

Was not clean. There were someone’s dirty socks left in the shower. Sheets had stains on them, at least I hope they were stains and not unwashed. Pool was horrible and not clean. Indoor pool and hot tub were out of order. The air did not work other than just a fan. Shower curtain was mildewed. Every time I went in the bathroom, I could smell weed coming in through the exhaust fan. Would not stay there again. But the lady at the front desk was nice.
