Found in Scotland’s Cairngorms National Park, Scandinavian Village in Aviemore offers high-quality accommodations beside these rugged mountains. Furnished with Scandinavian pine, its apartments offer free WiFi and parking. Two centrally heated bedrooms, one double room with new private bathrooms and one with twin beds, both have ample storage and hanging space, and reading lamps. There is also a pull out sofa bed in the living room which linen is supplied for. The main bathroom has a full-size bath and separate power shower. A spacious sitting room with excellent mountain views includes a large dining area, a TV with Freeview and a DVD player. DVDs are available at reception. In the heart of the UK’s largest national park, Aviemore offers a wealth of sporting activities, as well as a range of pubs and restaurants.
