My only complaint was that the bed was not as comfy as I would have liked. The room was huge and cozy. The staff went above and beyond. I was there for five nights for medical stuff that was no fun but this hotel was a safe, comfortable, home away from home.

Beautiful and comfortable. Love the room, big screen tv, hotel lobby and breakfast. However, there was a hair on one of the bathroom towels and the water pressure in the bathroom was extremely low. I would suggest modifying the parking charge. If I had been staying for longer than one night, I probably would have stayed elsewhere to avoid paying. You might consider making upper level free and charging for lower level.
