Our experience was fantastic! We stayed at Wolf lodge for a short stay because we had a soccer tournament but managed to enjoy some of the amenities . My kids had a blast. Our room was clean, and so was the hotel in general. We can’t wait to go back.

Our stay wasn't good; the hotel was packed with people, which made it hard to do anything, especially at the pools, where there was no room to sit. And the most disappointing thing was that they didn't provide room cleaning service. Even though I went to speak with the staff, they never sent anyone, so we decided to leave the hotel early because we didn't like the service or the housekeeping. At one point, a staff member told me I had to send a text message to request housekeeping, and although I found it outrageous, I did so to see if they would actually follow through—but they still didn’t come. Another issue is that with the limited restaurant and activity options—which, on top of that, are very expensive within the hotel—you have to look outside the hotel for things to do and eat, so it doesn’t make sense to pay for a hotel like this just to have to go out and look for options.
