HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee, subject to availability.

STARTER SUPPLIES: The following starter supplies are provided in the unit upon your arrival: 2 trash bags, 1 small dish detergent, 1 dishwashing capsule, 1 paper towel. Each bathroom will have: 1 small bar soap, 1 shampoo, 1 conditioner, 1 toilet roll. No other supplies will be provided. Please stop by the nearest Supermarket to gather any additional items you may need for the duration of your stay.

TRASH PICKUP: There is valet service for Garbage Collection five times a week, with exceptions on certain holidays. Enclose the garbage in 13 gallons trash bags and place the trash bags inside the trash receptacles (bench) outside the front door. Excess trash bags need to be taken to the compactor's chute located near the dumpster area.

GARAGE: There is no garage parking available. Cars may be parked in the Driveway (3-5 cars depending on size).

Exterior ONLY surveillance devices that capture and record audio + video. NO devices inside the home or in pool / lanai area.

Check out: 10 am.

Self check in via electronic keylock / keypad.

Entire house is available for Guest use.

We have been renting homes for our friends annual Friendmas for over 20 years. Only once have we repeated a house. We are hoping to repeat this house. Perfect for our group. Great pool. Was heated perfectly. Double fridge and dishwashers were added bonuses.

Would hope for some part refund at least. Villa lovely but cleanliness much to be desired, especially carpets which were badly stained and looked even as if a dog/s had been there. The sofa was also stained The doors ,windows and pool area had never been cleaned as well as front door area I did report this and I was told they would see what they would speak to the team to see what could be done but no no avail It was not until the last day a friend pointed out bloodstains on the carpet in Room 4 and bloodstains in the bedside cabinet drawer. The shower did not drain also. My friend didn’t want to tell me as she knew I had researched villas before making a selection and had contacted the host beforehand to check the standard as there were no reviews. I was assured the villa would be top class and I expected no less considering we paid more than most of the villas available to us from other companies and too this would be premium I would appreciate it if you could get back to me

Large home in undesirable neighborhood. Owner unengaged in care of property. The kitchen, coffee machine and cooking pots/pans and utensils useless as non-functional, decrepit and beyond safe to use.
