Rooms were very clean and very nice guy at the front desk. I would go back if in area

The staff was not welcoming, argued with me about how many towels were in the room after I’d just come from checking the room myself. There was a hole in the wall filled in with toilet paper. The ceiling of the. Front stoop was sagging and disconnecting from the second floor pathway. The couch had many mystery stains and multiple tears in it. The doorjam was cracked in multiple places and had scratches all over it. There were multiple small holes in the walls. There was dirt smeared in a 2ft x 3 ft section by the A/C unit. It’s a 2.5 star hotel. I wasn’t expecting much, but the photos are vastly misleading.

The entire staff does everything with a sense of urgency when you check in and its all on behalf of the guests.good job!!!
