Walk the beautiful garden grounds as you make your way to the property’s 100-foot boardwalk and dock. Immerse yourself in the ocean’s sights and sounds, borrow a crab trap and try your luck off the dock, or take a kayak out for a leisurely paddle! Relax on the oceanfront terrace and enjoy the view. Bring your boat? We have over 200ft of dock space! Sit on the terrace and star gaze or play a game of bocci ball. Seascape Inn is a small boutique hotel situated on the Sooke Inlet just a kilometre from Sooke town centre and 40 mins from Victoria.

This suite is small and hotel room like. There are SEVERAL STAIRS down to the water so if you have mobility issues and want to go down to the water and dock, studio probably would not be for you. The terrace, which overlooks the Harbour is easily accessible with no stairs. Has a HALF kitchen. Small fridge, two burner stove, convection oven, air fryer, Keurig and microwave. Bathroom with toilet sink and small standup shower. Covered porch with table, chairs and BBQ. Full access to Seascape oceanfront property, dock, Terrace, boardwalk, oceanfront, beach, Moorage, kayaks, and crab traps. Laundry room open from 9 AM to 7pm.

No smoking in-suite. Centrally located a kilometre from Sooke town centre. Close to the Museum, Rec centre, Sooke potholes, Castle liquor store, restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores, DeMamiel golf course, and only 45 minutes to downtown Victoria.
