Tv remotes didn’t work and all attempts to fix by staff were futile. They offered to switch rooms but then discovered all open rooms had the same remote issue. So if you wanted to watch tv, you better hope you liked the one show you had to choose from. Their handicap access was also laughable and probably non compliant with the ADA. If it is winter and you have a wheelchair I would keep looking. The staff was lovely and everything was clean.

I thought it were a great breakfast andy girls enjoyed swimming. We did think the room was a little unkept.. there were men’s hair like from shaving around the sink area.. little things like that. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

I spent 5 days in Fairbanks, staying at this hotel. The room was clean, the staff friendly, the breakfast and coffee were delicious, and the location was beautiful.
