The lodge is in a great location and the people were very nice. The breakfast was very good. The pillows on the bed were terrible. I asked for softer pillows and if they changed them I couldn't tell. When you pay their prices you expect comfort. Also there was no chair or desk in the room so if you wanted to read or use the computer you had to sit on the bed. It is also a put off to have to sign "rules" when you check in. I enjoyed my stay and absolutely love Amelia Island but would stay somewhere else next time.

Everthing was great. The breakfast was good, the whole place was pleasant and very clean. The best thing about this lodge was the staff, thhey all were very friendly and professional in everything they did. For a short stay this is the place.

This place completely has false advertising. We walked in, saw the room and said we needed to cancel. Would not offer a refund. We were told by front desk that we needed to give a time for breakfast as he wasn’t making eggs all morning and only makes one batch at 6:30am. This is suppose to be a bed and breakfast type place and they serve a continental breakfast. 😯😯😯 there is an extra charge for breakfast when we made the booking. Room door was wide open when we arrive, extremely small rooms, no closet, paint peeling from the walls, dirty…was very disappointing. We left and booked a room at the Omni Amelia Island Resort and had a great vacation. I would never recommend Elizabeth Pointe Resort. Still waiting to see if we will receive a refund.
