Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Please inform SMARTments business Hamburg Aussenalster of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Please note that on request and subject to availability, the following items can be borrowed free of charge: a hairdryer, fan, vases, a lemon press, a garlic press, cleaning materials, a drying rack and extra crockery and cutlery. Please note that rooms are cleaned every week. Fresh towels or bed linen are available upon request. Additional cleaning is available any time for a EUR 35 surcharge. When booking 5 rooms or more, special conditions and additional supplements may apply. Please note that the elevator will be unavailable and cannot be used until May 12, 2025.
